Registration Fees

All participants must register.

Registration is inclusive of attendance to opening and closing ceremony, keynote addresses, poster exhibitions, concurrent sessions, complementary lunch and tea receptions, name badge, on-line program book and electronic copy of certificate of attendance.

When the seating capacity of the Grand Hall is reached, participants will be viewing live stream at other rooms of the venue. Seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

A personalised link will be sent to students for submission of valid student card to register as “Student”. Participants who are not able to submit valid proof will be required to pay the fee difference.
Payment Procedure

The payment method is credit card only.

Those who register during the Early Bird registration period will be asked to complete the payment before deadline.

Those who failed to pay in full by that date, their registration category will be changed to Standard/On-site registration, and the registration fee applied is changed.
Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Registration Confirmation
-
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration and full payment. Official receipt (by request) will be issued by email to the address supplied within one month after the forum.
